Residenza Santa Cecilia welcomes you with suites and apartments, different floor plans for different needs: all our apartments are self-contained and come with a kitchen, so you feel at home without giving up the services of a hotel.
Each accommodation has a balcony, terrace or outdoor space overlooking the marina. Many have sea views. Amenities include a kitchenette, a freezer, air conditioning, heating, a Smart TV, free Wi-Fi and a safe. We have an underground parking below our building (maximum height 2.4 mt) that you can book anytime with extra cost. Our hotel is close to the town center and in summer it’s hard to find parking elsewhere.
Pets are welcome and to make sure their vacation is perfect too, write us the characteristics of your friend, and we will be able to advise you on the best type of apartment to choose.

Start the day right, whether you’re an early riser or prefer to sleep in: our breakfast is served from 7:30 to 11:00 am. You’ll find plenty of delights, most are organic or farm-to-table: yogurt, cereals, bread and focaccia, cold meats and cheeses, organic jams from the farm L’Agave, croissants, homemade cakes, eggs, juices and freshly squeezed orange juice. For the little ones or anyone with a sweet tooth, there are donuts, pastries and chocolate cereal.
On request, we can prepare gluten-free and lactose free breakfasts, just let us know at check-in. You can enjoy your meail in the gazebo, in the patio, in the privacy of your room or elsewhere! We can prepare a take-away basket for you or you can order room service if you prefer to remain in bed.
Throughout the day, our café is open for a coffee break or a refreshing drink, you can find us at the front desk, or you can text us on WhatsApp, and we will take your order there.
If you don’t feel like cooking or even going out, we can prepare mixed charcuterie and cheese boards accompanied by a basket of bread and focaccia.
An alternative to the beach in summer, or a relaxing soak in winter: the heated indoor pool and hot tub are waiting to pamper you. From morning to evening, you choose when to indulge in a dip.

The heated indoor pool is open all year round and is always available to our guests. It is 1.30 m deep, perfect in the winter for a relaxing swim while it’s raining outside and in the summer for a dip after the beach, a solo swim in the morning or a romantic moment to share as a couple. The shallow depth makes it safe for families with young children; it is also possible to bring an inflatable and perhaps a soft ball to play together.
To complete the experience, near our hot tub, there’s a corner with herbal teas, to enjoy with a slice of homemade cake, if you’re in the mood for it.
Our garden invites you with a beautiful sea view, comfy loungers, and sofas for relaxing in the sun. You can enjoy morning coffee and read the newspaper or have an evening aperitif. It’s a safe spot for kids to play while you finish breakfast or do vacation homework together.
The gazebo is where we have breakfast, but it’s also a cosy place to escape from the rain or summer heat – with the added comfort of air-conditioning inside.

For those who love a good soak, the local hot springs are not to miss: choose between Calidario in Venturina just 9 km from San Vincenzo or La Cerreta in Sassetta, 23 km from San Vincenzo.

Our two-bedroom apartments are perfect for families: large spaces to share during the day and separate sleeping quarters at night, for privacy and comfort.
The pool is only 1.30 meters deep so kids can play safely in the water too. Our central location means you can forget about your car and quickly reach both the beach and the town centre on foot.

Even when you’re on a work trip, it’s essential to feel comfortable – without missing out on the conveniences of a hotel. All our apartments have a small kitchen, a Smart TV, Wi-Fi, a table for work, and a cosy sofa to unwind on after a busy day.
If you’re up early, we can fix you coffee and croissants. Otherwise, you’re welcome to join us for a buffet breakfast in the gazebo. If you prefer the hotel package, you won’t have to worry about a thing.
