Start your day with a generous organic breakfast buffet featuring freshly baked bread and croissants, homemade cakes, cereals, eggs, ham, and cheese. Served from 7:30 to 11:00, it can be enjoyed in the courtyard, on the ground floor, or in your apartment, with take-away options available for early departures. Throughout the day, our café also offers espresso, croissants, and evening charcuterie boards with wine, with vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and lactose-free options available on request.

Heated pool, hot tub, gym and sauna

No matter the purpose of your stay—holiday, short visit, or business trip—there is always time to relax in our heated indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna. The pool, located on the ground floor is open 24/7 and includes loungers, a changing area, and shallow water suitable for children. For those who want to stay active, a small gym with a treadmill, exercise bike, rowing machine, weights, and mats is available, while nearby running routes include the waterfront promenade and Fortezza Nuova park.

Meeting room

Our meeting room offers a quiet and comfortable space for work, small meetings, or training sessions, with coffee and tea available throughout the day. It is equipped with essential facilities including a table, chairs, armchairs, projector screen, speakers, microphone, and Wi-Fi, with additional items such as a flip chart and stationery available on request. The space can host up to 20 people and can be personalised with fresh flowers to suit your event.

Travelling for business

When travelling for work, Agave in Città offers the freedom of an apartment with the comfort of hotel services. Guests can choose between shared two-bedroom apartments or private studios, all with a desk, Wi-Fi, and fully equipped kitchen for maximum independence. A coworking lounge is available for meetings or calls, while breakfast can be enjoyed on-site or prepared as a takeaway for early departures. After work, guests can relax in the pool, sauna, or gym to recharge before the next day.

And when morning comes, we can prepare you a take-away breakfast if you leave before 7:30 am, otherwise you can enjoy our delicious buffet with plenty of options to last for the road.

Our bikes

Livorno reveals different colours and scents when explored by bicycle, from the lively city centre and waterfront to the port and canals. At Agave in Città, complimentary bicycles are available for guests to discover the city at their own pace or simply move around conveniently. Whether for a scenic ride or everyday errands, cycling offers an easy and enjoyable way to experience the area.

Family fun

For families, we offer one- and two-bedroom apartments with flexible layouts, including options with two bathrooms and private balconies, all easily accessible thanks to our elevators for strollers and luggage. A visit to the local aquarium makes for a fun day out, while the seafront promenade is perfect for a walk, an ice cream, and time spent playing outdoors. At Terrazza Mascagni, children have plenty of space to run around while adults enjoy the sea views.

Romantic getaway

For couples, we offer suites with a private jacuzzi on the balcony, perfect for relaxing together with a glass of wine and snacks. For a more intimate stay, our studio with an indoor jacuzzi creates a cosy and romantic retreat. We can also prepare thoughtful surprises such as fresh flowers in your room, and recommend sunset walks along the sea from the harbour to the naval academy, passing Terrazza Mascagni.

Parking Spot

If you travel by car, remember we are in a Restricted Driving Zone from 08:00 pm to 05:00 am. Send us your license plate (if you arrive later than 8pm) so you can drive to the hotel to unload your luggage and then reach the parking spot.
