Alain Mercier’s champagne is born from the energy and love of life, whose cellar is located in the western part of the French Marne. His are young and sparkling wines like him and his collaborators, often students looking for an experience. Here the Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir grapes are grown for an annual production of about 80,000 bottles.
