“The winery, located in the municipality of Castagneto Carducci in the heart of the Bolgheri area, comprises 26 hectares of vineyards with 4500/6500 plants per hectare, a historic villa and a fascinating cellar inspired by the circular layout of Etruscan tombs. The name Campo alle Comete derives from a historical toponym of the area where the winery is located that has ‘disappeared’ over time. The first wine signed Campo alle Comete is Stupore, a Bolgheri Doc 2015 vintage. A name consistent with the dream that animates our project born with the desire to transmit not only tradition and experience but also poetry and imagination to amaze with memorable tastes and scents.”
